topsy turvy world is a members only club for families with children under twelve years old.
Adults / guardians
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 years of over, at all times whilst in the centre.
Height restriction
Children of any age that are taller than 5ft (1.52m) cannot use the play equipment. (This rule does not apply to private hire or laser tag parties where there is no height or age restriction)
Diamonds are forever
So we suggest you keep all valuables at home. We cannot accept liability for loss, damage or theft of personal items. We do have lockers to safely store your valuables.
Adults watch out!
Staff only supervise the correct use of the equipment and cannot take responsibility for children. Please supervise your children at all times in the play centre.
Dressed to play?
Long sleeves, trousers and socks are required for safe play, no shoes allowed in the play system. Remove all sharp or hard items such as watches and belt buckles before play. Take care that money or valuable items do not fall out of pockets during play. If you wear glasses slow down and take extra care.
Beware of fancy dress as children are liable to trip over long gowns etc.
Adults can play too
Adults must accompany children aged 5 and under on the play system, but you are not allowed to use the slides.
Ouch!
Please inform us if your child has any sort of accident, however minor - one of our trained first aid team should take a look and record the injury.
Eat
Our food and drink is very tasty and reasonably priced. Please do not bring your own food to consume inside the centre.
Photography
No cameras or video equipment should be used, except in a party room (for data protection reasons)
Entry denied
Management reserves the right to refuse entry at any time.
Subject to change
Management reserves the right to change entry times, admission prices, party packages & prices, membership details & subscription at their discretion at any time, without prior notice, to suit the needs of the business and their customers.
Abuse
Members who verbally abuse any member of topsy turvy world staff will be banned from using the centre indefinitely.
