Why do we need to become a member?

So that we know that you have read and understood our centre rules; and for safety and security reasons.  It means we can also regulate the time that you are in the centre.

How long can I stay?

The sessions are for 2 hours. It's only £2 per child per additional hour (or part thereof).

How do I join?

You can join on line (you will receive your membership card when you visit for the first time) or at reception on arrival.  Alternatively you can join at reception - you will need to fill out a form.

Can I bring in non member friends on my membership?

Yes - you can bring in friends of your children on your membership. Each adult is £1.

Will I still be able to come in if I have mislaid my membership card?

Yes - we will be able to find you on our system. You can buy a replacement for £2.

Will your staff supervise my child?

No - Topsy Turvy World staff are there to supervise the safe use of the equipment only. You are responsible for your children at all times in the centre.

No, Topsy Turvy World is not a crèche. A responsible adult aged 18 or over must supervise your children at all times.

Can I bring in my own food or drink?

No. topsy turvy world has a café and restaurant and serves food and beverages all day long.

What is the age limit and is there a height restriction?

Under 12s or 5' in height.

Does my child have to wear special clothes?

All children must wear socks and long trousers to use the slides otherwise they may get carpet burns.

Can adults use the facility?

Adults can go into the main play structure with their children. Adults are not allowed to use the slides for health and safety reasons.

What is the last entry time?

One hour prior to closing.

Do you accept cards?

Yes, debit cards only with a minimum spend of £5.  We do have an ATM machine (charges @ £1.85 per transaction)
