Centre Rules

For the health and safety of all children we ask that everyone adheres to the following rules.
       

CENTRE RULES

1. Topsy Turvy world is a facility suitable for children aged 12 and under with accompanying adults.
2. We have a height restriction of 5ft (1.52m). If your children are taller than this, then unfortunately we cannot allow them in.
3. Socks on even in the summer! This is for hygiene reasons and we cannot make exceptions – we sell socks on reception if you have forgotten.
4. Adults and children MUST wear socks in all padded areas.
5. All under fives must be accompanied by an adult on the play frame. But, for children's safety, adults must not use any of the slides.
6. Get stuck somewhere else! This is a gum free zone.
7. Our food and drink is very tasty and reasonably priced. Please do not bring in your own
8. Please look after your children at all times in the play centre. Our team is there to supervise the correct use of the equipment and cannot take responsibility for them.
9. No cameras or video equipment are allowed, except in a party room, with our permission.
10. Management reserves to the right to refuse entry at any time.
11. Smoking is not permitted. Please respect this.
